Trooper Sanders is founder of Predawn.ai, an AI and society advisory practice.

He recently completed a term as a member of the National Artificial Intelligence Advisory Committee, a federal advisory committee created by Congress to advise the President and White House on AI strategy advancing American competitiveness, where he co-chaired the workforce and opportunity working group. He has run a national nonprofit tapping data and AI to improve access to the social safety net and advanced efforts elevating equity and opportunity in AI’s development. He has served in White House policy roles in two administration and built and scaled a number of public interest initiatives. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan (bachelor’s in International Political Economy), the London School of Economics (master’s in regulation), and University of London (LLM).
